Established in 1987, JUMBO Seafood started as a small restaurant in East Coast Seafood Center. The restaurant soon gained trust and gradually became the place to provide and serve the freshest seafood in Singapore. One of the dishes that made the JUMBO Seafood popular is Chilli Crab and Singaporean Black Pepper Crab, which have conquered the locals and foreign gourmets.

The Tran Hung Dao branch is inspired by the image of a “Carp transforming into a dragon”. This place impresses with its soft, curving lines like water waves, recreating the image of a carp proudly crossing the dragon gate. The restaurant is also located in the city center, on the bustling and bustling Tran Hung Dao Street, promising a different experience to diners.

Nguyen Dinh Chieu branch is likened to a "miniature Singapore" in the heart of the city. Award-winning Chilli Crab is one of the representatives that clearly reflects the blend of Malay, Indian (with chili, turmeric, lemongrass, and hybrid fruit), Chinese (soy sauces, fermented beans), and tomato sauce, which is a favorite flavor of Westerners.
With fresh crabs placed in a sauce mixture of more than ten Asian spices, the dish brings a mild spicy taste with a little sweetness and eggs that enhance the fresh taste of crab meat.
